About Me

I am a Christian first and foremost. I love my saviour and I thank Jesus everyday for giving His life so that I can go to Heaven and live with the Father when my earthly body dies. I believe salvation does not come from works or being a "good person" but from a deep down acceptance of Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour. God loves each one of us no matter how sinful we believe ourselves to be, we are His creations. If you have not made the choice to build a relationship with God, you probably feel like something is missing in your life. Won't you talk to Him today?

I am also a wife and mother. The Lord has blessed us with three beautiful children and we choose to homeschool them so that we might "train them up in the way they should go..." (Proverbs 22:6) We did send our oldest daughter to school for a few years but decided to keep her at home after the third grade. Although we wondered if we were making the right choice at the time, we can now clearly see this was one of the best decisions we've ever made as parents and we give all the glory to God for His guidance.

We are now in our seventh year of homeschooling. Our oldest is in her second year of high school, very official now and beginning to prepare for college and the big world beyond;) Our son is in fourth grade and our youngest is in the second grade. Watching your child learn and grow more confident in their faith and God-given abilities is priceless.

May the Lord touch your heart in a way that will bring glory and honor to the throne is my prayer for you today. :)
